The 2 Day AI-Ready Workshop

Two days that get your whole team using AI

Most people are still unsure around AI. Over two hands-on days, your team practices on their own work until using AI feels normal.

2 full days Hands-on, in person All departments HRD Corp claimable

Made for people who don't call themselves technical

This is not a course for programmers. It's for the account manager, the HR executive and the finance team, the people whose week is emails, documents, spreadsheets and meetings. That's where AI helps most, and that's who usually gets left out of AI training.

Participants work with Claude, one of the world's leading AI assistants, from the first hour. Everyone brings a laptop and their own backlog, so the exercises are your company's real tasks rather than our sample data.

Curriculum

What the two days cover

This is the working outline. We adjust the emphasis to your company before every run.

Day 1

Comfort and foundations
  1. What AI is (and what it isn't)

A plain-language grounding. What today's AI does well, where it fails, and why nobody in the room is being replaced by it.

  2. First conversations

Everyone gets hands on with Claude. Asking, refining, pushing back, treating AI like a capable junior instead of a search box.

  3. Delegating properly

The skill that separates casual users from fluent ones: giving AI the context, examples and standards it needs to do real work.

  4. Your own backlog

Participants pick a task from their actual week (a report, a difficult email, a summary) and finish it with AI before the day ends.

Day 2

Applied, by department
  1. Documents and writing

Reports, proposals, minutes and translations, drafted, sharpened and checked against your company's tone.

  2. Analysis and decisions

Reading long documents fast, comparing options, and preparing for meetings with a brief that took minutes instead of hours.

  3. Department deep-dives

Breakout exercises tailored to the roles in the room (HR, finance, operations, sales) using scenarios from that function.

  4. Guardrails and habits

Company data safety, checking AI output, and each participant leaving with a personal AI workflow for their role.

Group size, venue and scheduling are arranged per company. Message us and we'll work it out around your operations.

What your team takes away

  • Comfort replaces cautionPeople open an AI assistant the way they open email, without making it a big deal.
  • First drafts stop taking hoursReports, emails and summaries start from a competent draft instead of a blank page.
  • Every role has its use caseEach participant leaves with a workflow built for their own job, tested on their own tasks.
  • Judgement stays humanYour team knows what to check, what not to paste in, and where AI's limits are.
